I’m Arron Blake-Fournillier,
a designer born and bred in North-West London.

I studied at the University for the Creative Arts, where I built a foundation in both the technical and strategic side of design. Since then, I’ve worked across freelance and in-house projects, with a background in social campaigns and fashion-led work to create visuals that are clean, confident and purposeful.

In late 2021, the Fader Mien team underwent a period of transition, leading to a relocation and a refreshed working environment at the start of 2022. Over the following months, the team focused on rebuilding infrastructure, expanding their in-house capabilities, and developing the Greenhouse collection - centered around community, value, and authenticity. The collection was inspired by what people need, what they cherish, and what they gather along their journey, aiming to show that Fader is for everyone, across all lifestyles.

As Head of Graphics & Identity for this collection, I was responsible for leading the visual direction, creating initial sketches, developing tech packs, and delivering final graphics that supported the brand’s evolving narrative across clothing, objects, and visuals.
